• Short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational or speech therapy to prepare for the return home.

• Hospice care in a warm and compassionate setting for individuals with terminal illness who require pain or symptom management.

Primary Services

As an Artman resident who requires long-term care, you will receive 24-hour nursing care that is coordinated with your physician and follows an individualized care plan and ongoing health assessments. You will be encouraged to participate in our recreational and religious activities and may also receive counseling from our chaplain and social workers.
